New Hot Spot at JBR

Jumeirah Beach Residence has a new hotspot.  You can find all the luxury cars making their rounds at this tiny roundabout at JBR’s “The Walk”.  If you happen to be dining at Scoozi and On The Border Mexican restaurant, you will see these cars and Harleys too.

It’s astounding how Dubai has evolved from being a desert to being one of the hottest tourist destinations.  I wonder they showed off their camels and horses in one of the oases.  Hmm….. Anyway, just a few years ago the ‘Palm Strip’ along Jumeirah Beach road, was the place for daily ‘parading’ of the newest makes of cars and bikes.  Picture the ‘Palm Strip’ and quadruple it, you’ll see Dubai’s biggest show-off strip, The Walk… as of now.

You not only see cars and bikes, you can also see people dressed up with the latest fashion trend.  Sometimes it’s fun to sit and have coffee in this area since you see different kinds of people from all over the world.  You’ll see various kinds of fashion: the hip, the tourists, backpackers… oh and you’ll see the newest trend of noses (nose jobs) — I actually saw 3 ladies having relatively the same style of nose jobs.

So if you like people-watching, car-watching and bike-watching, head down to The Walk of Jumeirah Beach Residence and i promise, this place won’t let you down.

    It definitely is. Can’t wait for sunny weather so I can go there, have coffee and enjoy the view.
